An argument over their cat resulted in Devotion Anne Pelzer attacking her boyfriend who clearly had injuries to his face as well as chest and arms when Williamsport police arrived at the couple's home at 42 Huffman St. to investigate a domestic disturbance about 4 p.m. on Oct. 1, it was alleged in an affidavit. Charged with simple assault and harassment, Pelzer, 32, has since waived her preliminary hearing before District Judge Aaron Biichle and remains jailed in lieu of $10,000 bail.
