Karshchner-Foster

Melissa Ann Karschner and Sean David Foster, both of Montoursville, were united in marriage at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 29, 2012.

The Rev. Larry Leland officiated at the ceremony held at Faith United Methodist Church, Montoursville.

A rehearsal dinner was held at the Watson Inn, Watsontown, and a reception was held at the Genetti Hotel.

The bride is the daughter of Pamela and Dale Karschner, Montoursville. She graduated from Montoursville Area High School in 2000 and received a bachelor’s degree in biology from Susquehanna University, Selinsgrove, in 2004. She received a doctorate degree in physical therapy from University of Delaware, Newark, Del., in 2006. She is employed by Susquehanna Health as a physical therapist.

Foster is the son of Marilyn and James Foster, Montoursville. He graduated from William-sport Area High School in 1989. He is employed by the state Department of Transportation as a materials inspector.

Matron of honor was Pamela Karschner, Montoursville, mother of the bride.

Bridesmaids were Joyce Konkle, Montoursville, aunt of the bride; Laura Lancieri, Germany; Hailey Klees, cousin of the bride; Kimberly Foster, niece of the bridegroom; and Remember Konkle, cousin of the bride, all of Montoursville.

Best men were James Foster Jr. and Brent Foster, both of Montoursville, and brothers of the bridegroom.

Groomsmen were Rob Hill, Cogan Station, and Egan Foster, nephew of the bridegroom, Montoursville.

Following a cruise to the Caribbean, the couple is residing in Montoursville.
