Thirty-five individuals recently were sentenced at the Lycoming County Courthouse, according to court documents.

Four were sentenced to state prison. They are:

• Diane N. Ndayishimiye, 29, 40 to 80 months with credit for time served for prostitution.

• Jasmine M. Fields, 32, county prison, 24 months with credit for time served for theft by unlawful taking and criminal trespassing.

• Tanner J. Blanksby, 24, state prison, six to 12 months for possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Melody M. Shaw, 31, county prison, one to two years for possession with intent to deliver.

Twenty-two were sentenced to county prison. They are:

• Danielle M. Scott, 32, of 642 Fifth St., 10 to 24 months with credit for time served for possession with intent to deliver.

• Warren Dogan, 26, of 759 West Fouth St., 12 months less than one day to 24 months less than one day with credit for time served, 24 months of probation and 75 hours of community service for possession with intent to deliver.

• Brian Miller, 41, Lycoming County Prison, one to 12 months with credit for 22 days served and 50 hours of community service for theft of property.

• Joseph L. James, 64, Lycoming County Prison, 13 days to six months with credit for time served and 25 hours of community service for receiving stolen property and theft by unlawful taking.

• Murray Zechman, 26, Selinsgrove, 15 to 30 days with credit for time served for criminal use of a communication facility.

• Aaron Smith, 51, Lycoming County Prison, 293 days to 24 months with credit for 293 days served, 24 months of probation, $100 in fines and 50 hours of community service for possession with intent to deliver.

• Willie Garcia, 36, 324 Campbell St., six to 12 months with credit for time served and 12 months of probation for false identification and two charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Mark W. Hepburn, 63, 2010 Fairview Road, Montoursville, 30 days to six months and $300 in fines for DUI.

• Robyn J. Houtz, 35, 105 North Fifth St., Hughesville, 90 days to six months, $2,500 in fines and 150 hours of community service for DUI.

• Gary Richards Sr., 47, 224 Herold Road, Jersey Shore, 90 days, 12 months of intermediate punishment, $2,500 in fines and 100 hours of community service for DUI and driving under suspension.

• Troy L. Taylor, 63, 1722 Memorial Ave., 72 hours to six months, $1,000 in fines and 50 hours of community service for DUI.

• Ai- Jeva Burks, 27, 54 South Third St., West Milton, 72 hours to six months, $1,000 in fines and 100 hours of community service for DUI.

• Julsun Bosquet, 26, Lancaster, 48 hours to six months, $3,579 in restitution and $500 in fines for DUI.

• Blair A. Mitcheltree, 38, 510 State St., Jersey Shore, 72 hours to six months, $1,250 in fines and 75 hours of community service for DUI.

• Shynnell I. Walker, 35, 633 Campbell St., 72 hours to six months and $1,000 in fines for DUI and driving under suspension.

• Brenda L. Dodson, 32, 170 Village Road, Pennsdale, 72 hours to six months and $1,000 in fines for DUI.

• Dominic Anthony, 27, 72 hours to six months with credit for time served, 12 months of probation and $1,000 in fines for possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

• Jason D. Gardner, 37, 1618 Exchange Road, Muncy, 48 hours, six months of probation, $300 in fines and 50 hours of community service for DUI and disorderly conduct.

• Michael Skipper, 51, Roaring Branch, one to six months with credit for time served, $750 in fines and 50 hours of community service for DUI.

• Brendan A. Lafferty, 29, Lycoming County Prison, 72 hours to six months with credit for time served, $1,000 in fines and 50 hours of community service for DUI.

• Lekaye N. Solomon, 27, Philadelphia, 48 to 97 days with credit for 97 days served for disorderly conduct.

• Scott A. Young, 51, New Columbia, seven days to six months and $1,000 in fines for DUI.

Two were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They are:

• Ryan Portanova, 32, 1408 Walnut St., Jersey Shore, 90 days and $1,500 in fines for DUI.

• John E. Tagge, 55, 2746 Orchard Ave., 60 days, $1,000 in fines and 50 hours of community service for DUI.

Six were sentenced to probation. They are:

• Andrew D. Phillips, 23, Salladasburg, six months and 50 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Maryellen Mcleod Bateman, 33, 68 West Houston Avenue, Montgomery, 24 months and 50 hours of community service for obstruction of justice.

• Jason M. Seylor, 40, 12 months and 50 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Jasmine B. Mubarik, 20, 1654 Andrews Place, 24 months and 50 hours of community service for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Darva R. Moore, 21, 1636 Taylor Place, 24 months and 50 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

• Philip Coleman, 28, 659 Center St., 12 months and 100 hours of community service for simple assault.

One was sentenced to pay fines. She is:

• Jennifer L. Rager, 41, 1510 Lafayette Parkway, $2,000 for accident involving damage to a vehicle or property.
