A Williamsport homeowners’ residence received an installation and maintenance agreement with the city for a small flow treatment facility on their property. In a resolution, the City Council approved the facility agreement at 372 Daughertys Run Road. The property owner is unable to tie into the sanitary on their lot. A requirement will be for them to pay an escrow amount to the city for annual inspections and maintenance, as recommended by the city sewage enforcement officer.
