Stellar defense helps Hughesville win again

Hughesville freshman Ava Snyder scored 15 points and the Spartans played strong defense as they won their second straight game, defeating Milton, 37-34. Ali Anstadt and Hailey Poust each scored eight points and Hughesville won a game which featured four technical fouls. Morgan Reiner scored 13 points for Milton. Hanief Clay and Davion Hill produced 52 points Tuesday at South Williamsport. But these team leaders care more about winning than their stats.
