Ginny and Joe English, former Williamsport residents, were recent guests of honor at a weekend-long 60th anniversary celebration at Alpine Lake in West Virginia. The Englishes were married September 25, 1965 at the Church of the Annunciation.

They are parents of Linda Ferriss (Ed), Andrew (Amy), David (Kate), Chris (Amy), and Patrick (Shannon). Grandchildren are James, Nathan, Dan, Grace, Will, Lauren, Caroline, Elizabeth and Joseph. Seventeen members of the family were able to attend the celebration and enjoyed gorgeous weather, swimming, pickleball, a hot dog roast and, most of all, precious family time.
