Donald Hoover Jr. and Barbara Hoover, of Williamsport, observed their 40th wedding anniversary on May 10, 2020. They were married by Pastor Tom Young at an outdoor lawn at Powy’s Park. Mr. Hoover is the son of Donald Hoover Sr. and the late Helen Myers. He graduated from Williamsport High School in 1970. He is the owner of Hoover’s Electric for 25 years and retired from IBEW No. 812.
