Charcuterie class coming
“With Thanksgiving and Christmas just around the corner, Eagle Grange is pleased to offer help with your holiday entertaining by sponsoring a class on creating Charcuterie Boards,” a news release from the organization said.
The class will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 11 in the Grange Hall, 32 East Blind Road, Montgomery.
Led by a certified instructor from Penn State Cooperative Extension, “the hands-on class will show participants how to prepare tasty and beautiful snack displays of meats, cheese, fruits and vegetables perfect for both small and large groups,” the news release said.
There is a fee to register for the class, which includes all materials and ingredients needed to complete the project.
Class spaces are limited so advance registration is required and may be made online at: https://extension.psu.edu/lets-cook-charcuterie-boards. For more information, please contact Jenn Nauss at: jnauss89@gmail.com or 717-512-1261.
