Charges lodged against Loyalsock Township man
Brandon Mull, 24, of 1434 Country Club Lane, faces several charges following a domestic disturbance with a woman at their home in which he said he was going to shoot her and himself, according to court records filed by state police at Whiteman’s office.
Mull has been charged with terroristic threats, false imprisonment, simple assault and harassment as a result of grabbing the woman by her neck and hair, and slamming her head repeatedly into the floor, police alleged in an affidavit. Police allege Mull took the woman’s cellphone and kept grabbing her, thereby preventing her from leaving. At one point, Mull covered the woman’s mouth, making it difficult to breathe for two to three seconds, police said. The woman was not identified by police. Initially jailed, Mull is now free on $15,000 bail.
