Two charged with drug offenses in separate cases

Arrested at least three times in 2022 by the county’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit for selling bags of fentanyl to informants, Mikal Lamar Lattimore has been arrested yet again by the same unit for selling controlled substances to informants in the city, according to court records. One sale involved marijuana and methamphetamine on Dec. 23 while another sale took place on Jan. 6 and involved an ounce of cocaine, it was alleged in an affidavit. Arraigned before District Judge Christian Frey on Friday on felony charges of delivery of a controlled substance, illegal use of cellphone and conspiracy, Lattimore, 39, of 967 High St., was committed to the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $75,000 bail.

In another case, Wesley Andrew Lebegern, 28, of 109 Harvest Moon Park, Linden, has been charged with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine and marijuana wax) and possession of drug paraphernalia at Route 220 and Level Corners Road in Piatt Township on May 19, it was alleged in an affidavit. He waived his preliminary hearing last week before Dieter and remains jailed in the county prison in lieu of $15,000 bail.
