Tina Marie Caroway, 43, 401 ½ E. Southern Ave., South Williamsport; state police on Interstate 180 East near mile marker 24.5 in Loyalsock Township on Nov. 15, 2024.

Todd Allen Caris, 38, of 2833 Lycoming Mall Drive, Muncy; state police in the 200 block of Lycoming Mall Drive in Muncy Township on Dec. 22, 2024.

Damon Eric Schler, 28, of 1270 Schuyler Road, Turbotville; state police on the Interstate 180 West on-ramp from Route 405 in Muncy Creek Township on Dec. 4, 2024; also charged with fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement.

Kristy Lynn Balliet, 47, of 60 Claire Road, Muncy; state police at Claire and Fogelman roads in Muncy Creek Township on Dec. 16, 2024.

Gary Lee Montgomery, 62, of 740 Route 405, Hughesville; state police at Route 405 and Murray Lane in Wolf Township on Dec. 6, 2024.

Avry Jon Sellers, 21, of Millville; state police in the 10700 block of Route 442 in Moreland Township on Oct. 18, 2024.

Jaiden Scott Gardner, 24, of 1833 Cemetery Road, Montoursville; state police at Route 220 and Auchmuty Road in Muncy Township on Dec. 25, 2024.
