Zhyir Muhammad Massey, 21, of 2740 Dove St., has been charged with felony criminal mischief for kicking Kristi Ardrey’s 2006 BMW in the 200 block of William Street on April 4 that resulted in about $8,300 damage to the car, city police alleged in a court document. Ardey’s son was actually driving the vehicle at the time. Massey allegedly kicked the vehicle while the son was stopped at a stop sign, police said. Massey has waived his preliminary hearing before District Judge Aaron Biichle and is free on $10,000 bail.
