Robert Joseph Kujawa, 53, of 530 Hill St., South Williamsport, has been arrested on charges of illegally entering Overhead Door at 633 W. Third St. on numerous occasions and stealing cards from company vehicles inside the garage during the week of July 20, city police alleged in an affidavit. Kujawa used the credit cards several times to make an undisclosed number of unauthorized transactions, police alleged. Arraigned before District Judge Gary Whiteman on four felony counts each of burglary and trespassing as three misdemeanor counts of access device fraud and one count of theft, Kujuwa was initially committed to the Lycoming County Prison, but he has since been released on $25,000 bail. He waived his preliminary hearing on Tuesday.
