Travis Brion, 34, of 811 Moore Ave., has been charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after he exposed himself to a neighbor about 12:45 a.m. on April 6, city police alleged. He has since waived his preliminary hearing before District Judge Christian Frey and is free on $5,000 bail.
