Cadence William-Chaffman, 21, of 815 W. Fourth St., has been charged with prostitution after she offered to perform sexual acts for an undercover state trooper after receiving $400 in the 400 block of Grant Street in the city about 11:30 a.m. on April 28, state police alleged in an affidavit. Following her arraignment hours later before District Judge Aaron Biichel, William-Chauffman was jailed in lieu of $2,500 bail.
