Twelve motorists have been charged with DUI, according to court documents recently made public at district judges’ offices in Lycoming County.

Stephanie Gail Kelly, 63, of Williamsport; Lycoming Regional police in the 1900 block of Lycoming Creek Road on July 21; also charged with public drunkenness.

Kimberly Lynne Derrick, 42, of 825 Washington Blvd.; state police on Brandon Place in the city on July 6; also charged with one summary offense.

Quazeem Michael Bullard, 30, of Philadelphia; state police on Route 15 in the city on July 4; also charged with two summary violations.

Patrick William Herr, 44, of Lock Haven; state police on Route 220 in Piatt Township on June 2; also charged with three summary offenses.

Joseph Allen Engel 51, of 221 Chestnut St., Muncy; state police in the 400 block of Lime Bluff Road in Wolf Township on May 25; also charged with possession of marijuana and three summary violations.

Zachary James Follmer, 35, of 170 Pinecrest Drive; state police in the 400 block of Lowe Street in South Williamsport on April 14; also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and two summary violations.

Jason Remmen, 19, of Staten Island, New York; state police in the 1000 block of West Third Street on April 11; also charged with three summary offenses.

Brain R. Newcomer, 57, of 419 Charlotte Ave., South Williamsport; borough police in the 500 block of West Southern Avenue on Feb. 13; also charged with one summary offense.

Aiden Thomas Cannon, 21, of 1516 Louisa St., state police in the 200 block of West Third Street in the city on Jan. 18; also charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and three summary violations.

Joseph L. Jones, 58, of Watsontown; state police following a crash at Gap and Lehman roads in Washington Township on Nov. 2; also charged with two summary offenses.

Bonnie Maddox, 68, of 39 Horse Shoe Lane, Cogan Station; South Williamsport police at Riverside Drive and Linden Street on July 18, 2024; also charged with two summary offenses.

Montrell Shemar Smith, 27, of Rochester, New York; state police following a crash on Route 15 near Route 284 in Jackson Township on July 2, 2023; also charged with possession of marijuana and two summary violations.
