Fifteen motorists have been charged by area police with DUI, according to court records recently made public at district judges’ offices in Lycoming County. Those charged were:

Michael R. Helminiak, 38, of 2233 Trenton Ave.; state police on West Third Street near the Route 15 North interchange in the city on July 23; also charged with three summary violations.

Kirk P. Davis, 62, of Blossburg; state police following a crash in the 800 block of Steam Mill Road in Cogan House Township on July 17; also charged with one summary violation.

Jacob Heddings, 23, of 906 Weldon St., Montoursville; state police in the 2800 block of Old Montoursville Road in Loyalsock Township on June 14; also charged with three summary violations.

Cowen William Sweeting, 22, of 1225 Memorial Ave.; state police at the Maynard Street interchange of Interstate 180 in the city on June 13; also charged with possession of marijuana and two summary violations.

Justin Michael Carson, 35, of 1211 West Fourth St.; city police in the 100 block of Maynard St, on May 30.

Kurtus James Fox, 38, of 829 W. Fourth St., apartment 1W; state police on Interstate 180 in the city on May 23; also charged with three summary offenses.

Dustin Quay Sander, 27, 944 Memorial Ave.; state police in the 2500 block of Federal Avenue in the city on May 11; also charged with two summary offenses.

Ann M. Folly, 54, of 1614 High St.; state police at Park Avenue and Herdic Street in the city on May 9; also charged with two summary violations.

Corey Lamar Hughes, 36, of 809 Sheridan St., apartment A; state police at Prospect Avenue and Linn Street in the city on April 13; also charged with five summary violations.

Michelle Nicole Stryker, 38, of 1200 Claire Road, Montoursville; state police in the 1500 block of Fairview Drive in Montoursville on April 4; also charged with 4 summary violations.

Shawn Ryan Sauers, 44, of 416 Mayr St., Montoursville; borough police following a crash in the 400 block of North Loyalsock Avenue on March 19; also charged with tampering with evidence, possession of marijuana and three summary offenses, including damage to unattended property (hit-run).

Chester Griffin, 57, of 418 Third Ave.; state police at West Fourth Street and Fifth Avenue in the city on March 9; also charged with possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and six summary violations.

Harold C. Heddings Jr., 61, of 45 Back St., lot 36, Montoursville; state police on Interstate 180 in Loyalsock Township on Feb. 22; also charged with one summary offense.

Bradley Paul Christman, 63, of 410 Anthony St.; state police on Route 220 in Woodward Township on Nov. 10, 2023; also charged with four summary violations.

Robin Tanice Johnson, 24, of Harrisburg; city police following a crash at West Fourth Street and Ridge Avenue on April 23. 2023; also charged with accidents involving death or personal injury (hit-run), accidents involving damage to attended vehicle or property (hit-run), accidents involving damage to unattended property (hit-run) and two other summary offenses.
