Ten face drug-related charges in Lycoming County

Ten people have been charged with various drug offenses, according to court records. Those charged were:
• Brandon Avery Stevenson, 35, of 508 Pepper St., Muncy; state police; two counts each of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communication facility, and one count of illegal possession of a firearm for his alleged involvement in two Muncy Creek Township sales of cocaine; both at Stevenson’s home; one on July 24 and the other on Aug. 19; jailed $100,000 bail.
• Michelle Wettlaufer, 37, of 1855 E. Third St.; Lycoming County District Attorney’s Office; delivery of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) to a confidential informant on Route 14 in Trout Run on July 23; released on $25,000 bail.
• Lena Ann Jenkins, 37, of 673 Grier St.; Lycoming County District Attorney’s Office; two counts of delivery of a controlled substance and one count of criminal use of a communication facility for her alleged involvement in two city sales of methamphetamine; one at Greir and West Fourth streets on July 15 and the other at her on July 21, according to an affidavit; released $25,000 bail.
• Lycoming County Prison inmate Aaron Raheem Pinkney, 27, of 2612 Dove St.; already incarcerated on numerous other charges; another felony count of delivery of a controlled substance (20 ecstasy pills sold to an informant at Pinkney’s home) on June 30; remains jailed in lieu of high bail.
• Robin Diane Artis, 21, of Williamsport, and her boyfriend, Rickey Moore, 29, of Allenwood; NEU; delivery of a controlled substance (crack cocaine to an informant) and conspiracy at Washington Boulevard and Railway Street in the city on June 11; Artis, who faces an additional charge of illegal use of a cellphone, is free on $50,000 bail while Moore is jailed in lieu of $25,000 bail.
• Jason Garg, 39, of 1920 Walters Road; NEU; attempted delivery of a controlled substance (crack cocaine) to an undercover officer and illegal use of a cellphone at Campbell and High streets in the city on March 11; remains jailed in lieu of $15,000 bail.
• Michael Allen Bower Jr., 30, of 603 Cogan House Road, Trout Run; state police; possession of a controlled substance (30 pills of methylphenidate — a central nervous stimulant — without a prescription) and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 700 block of Northway Road in Loyalsock Township on March 5; released on $5,000 bail.
• Michael Jacob Keyes, 40, of 934 High St; NEU; delivery of a controlled substance (crack cocaine to an informant) and illegal use of a cellphone in the 1200 block of Franklin Street in the city on Feb. 11; initially jailed now free on $50,000 bail.
• Brian Hakeem Hayward, 42, of Philadelphia; state police; possession of a controlled substance (not identified in public court documents) and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 2000 block of East Third Street in Loyalsock Township on Jan. 4; free on $10,000 bail.
• Khari Morris, 30, of Brooklyn, New York; NEU; possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (multiple packages and film canisters of marijuana), possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on Interstate 180 in the city back on June 2, 2022; jailed in lieu of $50,000 bail.
