11 motorists have been charged with DUI, according to court records. Those charged were:

Joshua Paul Maguire, 24, of Timonium, Md.; Lycoming Regional Police at Level Corners Road and Route 220 North in Piatt Township on Sept. 1, 2025; also charged with two summary offenses.

Karen Anna Zechman, 42, of 1141 Creekside Lane, Jersey Shore; Lycoming Regional Police following a crash in the 800 block of Route 44 North in Jersey Shore on May 26, 2025; also charged with a summary offense.

Jeffrey Allen Letscher, 35, 75 Smith Court Circle, Linden; Lycoming Regional Police in the 70 block of Smith Court Circle in Piatt Township on July 22, 2025; also charged with resisting arrest and two summary offenses.

Carvey Kawan Vining, 47, Sunbury; state police along Route 15 South in Armstrong Township on Aug. 30, 2025; also charged with eight summary offenses.

Susan Theresa Saez, 26, of 2134 Route 405, Muncy; state police at Route 15 and Route 54 in Clinton Township on Aug. 9, 2025; also charged with one summary offense.

Vincent G. Soda, 65, of 258 Worlds End Road, Muncy Valley; state police at Route 220 and Shipman Hill in Penn Township on June 18, 2025; also charged with a summary offense.

Cody Ethan Parsons, 31, of 141 N. Fifth St., Hughesville; state police in the 200 block of Race Street in Hughesville on Aug. 30, 2025; also charged with three summary offenses.

Darrian Wayne Rudy, 19, of 14 S. Washington St., Muncy; state police on Angletown Road in Muncy Creek Township on Aug. 3, 2025; also charged with 11 summary offenses.

Colton D. France, 29, of 5668 Route 442, Muncy; state police following a crash at Clarkstown Road and Maple Lane in Wolf Township on June 14, 2025; also charged with three summary offenses.

Cameron M. Goss, 25, of New Columbia; state police on South Temple Road in Moreland Township on July 6, 2025; also charged with theft by unlawful taking.

Taylor Joyce Ruiz, 27, of 12131 Route 220, Hughesville; state police following a crash in the 2100 block of Wolf Run Road in Wolf Township on March 16, 2025; also charged with two summary offenses.
