MMontoursville man faces felony charge for illegally entering woman’s home

Corey Oliver, 33, of 227 Church Alley, Montoursville, has been jailed on a felony charge of trespassing after he entered a woman’s home without her permission in the 600 block of Spruce Street on the morning of Aug. 9, city police alleged in a court document. Oliver nearly reached the victim’s second-floor bedroom before she confronted him, police said. Arraigned before Dieter, Oliver remains locked up in the county prison in lieu of $75,000 bail. He has since waived his preliminary hearing.

He was charged last year by Montoursville police with allegedly exposing himself to a female ride share driver on Sept. 6, according to court records. Four months later, on Jan. 9, Oliver left a woman “emotionally distressed” after following her along Broad Street, alleged borough police, who charged him with stalking and prowling.

Starting at $2.99/week.
