Tymen Donald Watts, 40, of 4204 Route 87, Montoursville, who has been arrested more than a half a dozen times for shoplifting, has been arrested yet again on one felony count of the same offense for allegedly stealing $470 worth of merchandise from Giant, 1969 E. Third St., on July 5, state police said. Watts has since waived his preliminary hearing before Whiteman and is free on $10,000 bail.
