South Williamsport man allegedly exposed himself in front of woman’s Ring camera

Wearing only a pair of sneakers with a white towel or blanket draped over his shoulders, South Williamsport resident Nolan Fletcher Morse stood in front of a Ring security camera outside a home on Lake Road in Gamble Township and touched his private area about 2:15 a.m. on July 13, state police alleged in an affidavit. Before walking away, Morse, 27, looked into the camera and smiled, police said. His actions alerted the homeowner, who called police after viewing the video that showed a naked man on her back porch, the court document stated. The homeowner suspected the man was Morse, and when a trooper compared the video image with Morse’s driver’s license photo, it was a match, police. Morse, of 1827 Riverside Drive, has been charged with indecent exposure and loitering. He has since waived his preliminary hearing before District Judge Gary Whiteman and released on $20,000 bail.
