When she punched her ex-boyfriend’s car outside her Montoursville home about 5 p.m. on July 28, Rachelle Annae Smith left a “fist-sized dent on the hood,” borough police alleged in a court document. The estimated damage to the vehicle was $1,700, borough police said. Smith, 33, of 417 Elm St., has been charged with criminal mischief. A bench warrant for her arrest was expected to be filed after she failed to appear for her preliminary hearing last month before District Judge Gary Whiteman.
