Christopher Joseph White, 26, of 1146 High St., was arrested on six felony charges after he engaged in sexual acts with a teenage girl under 18; first in a home on Adele Road in Loyalsock Township, and then in or outside his car, state police alleged in an affidavit. The affidavit filed to support the charges stated that White allegedly had sex not only with the one teen, but with a second female teenager as well, but the sex charges only involve one victim.

It all started when one of the teens initially contacted White through texting, asking him to come to the house and sell her and her friend marijuana, police were told. The teenagers admitted to investigators that they “had been consuming liquor from old bottles,” the court document stated. The girl who reached out to White did not know his true identity, but only knew him by his alias, ‘Uptop Jugg,” police said.

After performing sexual acts with the girls, White left the home only to return a short time later, police were told. The girls got in White’s car and supposedly performed sexual acts with him in the vehicle as he drove them around “for about 20 minutes in an unknown direction,” investigators alleged in the court document. After pulling into a church parking lot, White allegedly had more sex with the girls before dropping them off, police said. This all occurred over several hours during a two-day period in late April 2024, police added.

Arraigned before District Judge Gary Whiteman, White faces felony charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, statutory sexual assault, two counts of corrupting the morals of minors, delivery of a controlled substance, illegal use of a cellphone and indecent assault. He was locked up in the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.
