been charged with felony shoplifting for stealing $107 worth of merchandise from the Weis

This was at least her third shoplifting arrest, police said. Following her arraignment last week before District Judge Aaron Biichle, Davis was committed to the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $2,500 bail.
In another criminal complaint, Susan Vollman, 54, of 687 Middle Road, Montgomery, also

This too was Vollman’s third shoplifting offense, police said.
Following her arraignment Monday before
District Judge William Solomon, she was released on $15,000 bail.
