Amber Lee Koch, 29, of 121 Long Lane, Jersey Shore, faces felony and misdemeanor charges for having an inappropriate emotional and physical relationship with a female teenage minor during a seven-month period that began last March in Nippenose Township, it was alleged by Lycoming Regional police. Koch was arraigned last week before District Judge Denise Dieter on felony charges of unlawful contact with a minor and corrupting the morals of a minor plus indecent assault, a misdemeanor. Initially jailed in the county prison, Koch has since been released on $50,000 bail.
