Ten motorists have been charged with DUI, according to court records recently made public. Those charged were:

Eva M. Lattieri, 44, of 1283 Cemetery Road; state police on Second Street in the city on Nov. 8; also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and three summary offenses.

Jenna Lynn Girven, 29, of 407 Whyne Road, Jersey Shore; Lycoming Regional police in the 200 block of Thomas Street in Jersey Shore on Oct. 19; also charged with two summary offenses.

Daniel P. Kauffman, 55, of Mill Hall; Lycoming Regional police following a crash on Coudersport Pike in Cummings Township on Oct. 19; also charged with one summary offense.

Davon Burton, 36, of Pittsburgh; state police following a crash on Route 220 in Woodward Township on Oct. 3; also charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and one summary offense.

Jared Shank, 36, of Sugarloaf, Luzerne County; state police following a crash in the 8200 block of Little Pine Creek Road in Pine Township on Sept. 21; also charged with five summary offenses.

Robert Dean Treese Jr., 50, of 1644 Andrews Place; city police at Oliver Street and Andrews Place on Sept. 17.

Christopher B. Martin, 32, of 1173 High St.; Lycoming Regional police on Route 220 in Porter Township on Aug. 25; also charged with possession of marijuana and two summary offenses.

Miah Marie Waltz, 26, of 418 N. Montour St., Montoursville; state police on Old Montoursville Road in Loyalsock Township on Aug. 24; also charged with three summary offenses; this was the second time she has been charged with DUI.

Jack Michael Tessler, 24, of 715 E. Third St.; city police following a crash at East Third and Railway streets on May 22.

Alexandria Kate Rudinski, 29, state police at Third and Market streets in the city on May 2; also charged with two summary offenses.
