Twelve motorists have been charged with DUI, according to court records. Those charged were:

Lawrence Norman Gage, 63, of 472 Carey Hill Road, Montoursville; state p9live on Carey Hill Road in Upper Fairfield Township on Dec. 7; also charged with two summary offenses.

Coleman Ronald Jelliff, 22, 879 Route 654; state police in the 300 block of Arch Street in the city on Nov. 27, also charged with two summary violations.

Kenneth Charles Keifer, 54, 664 Wildwood Blvd.; state police in the 600 block of Wildwood Boulevard in the city on Nov. 26; also charged with two summary violations.

Robert Francis Finnegan, 59, of the rear of 514 Weldon St., Montoursville; state police at Four Mile Drive and Warrensville Road in Loyalsock Township on Nov. 14; also charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and seven summary offenses.

Clarence Albert Tubbs, 70, of 6040 Route 973 West, Cogan Station; state police at East Third Street and Westminster Drive in Loyalsock Township on Nov. 7; also charged with five summary offenses.

Chase Lynn Saiers, 29, 706 Second Ave.; state police in the 700 block of High Street in the city on Nov. 2; also charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and three summary violations

Jessica June Howlet, 41, of 2500 Federal Ave , apartment 280; Montoursville police in the 400 block of North Loyalsock Avenue on Nov. 1; also charged with two summary offenses.

Raymond Haupt, 44, of 5833 Warrensville Road; state police on East Third Street, just west of the Interstate 180 interchange, on Oct. 25; also charged with four summary offenses.

Francis Xavier Pagana, 34, 1204 Crestview Drive; state police in the 200 block of Route 87 in Fairfield Township on Sept. 15; also charged with possession of marijuana, possession of fentanyl, possession of drug paraphernalia and one summary offense.

Seth Steven Wolfe, 38, of 517 Depot St.; city police on Route 15 South in the city on Aug. 10; also charged with one summary violation.

Linsey Mae Woodling, 31, of 3731 Lycoming Creek Road, Cogan Station; city police in the 700 block of West Third Street on Aug. 7; also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and two summary violations.

Andrew Michael Funt, 45, of 704 Mall Road, Montoursville; state police on Interstate 180 in Loyalsock Township on July 31; also charged with two summary offenses.
