Williamsport woman charged with identity theft
Kaitlyn Marie Thorne, 28, of 927 Arch St., apartment 3, faces several charges for illegally using another woman’s credit card to make $90 worth of purchases at the 7-Eleven, 4 E. Mountain Ave., South Williamsport, on Aug. 29, borough police alleged in a criminal complaint. Charged with identity theft, access device fraud, theft and receiving stolen property, Thorne has waived her preliminary hearing before District Judge Gary Whiteman and is free on $5,000 bail.
