Bucks County man escapes injury after striking three parked vehicles

While watching television inside her second-floor apartment in the 600 block of West West Fourth Street about 8:30 Saturday night, the city woman heard the horrendous crash in front her building.
“It sounded like dynamite. The collision even shook the building,” the woman, who did not give her name, said.
“I thought a transformer blew. It was that loud. I have two cats and they took off running. I looked out the window and thought ‘This is not good,'” she added. She was one of many to call 911.
A Bucks County man, traveling west in a Cadillac, struck three parked cars, including a Chevrolet Cruze that was hit so hard that it was pushed 12 to 15 feet, landing partially on the sidewalk, city police said.
The Cruze’s right rear wheel assembly became partially disengaged.

The two other parked cars both sustained only minor damage, police said.
The driver, who is from Perkasie, was not hurt, police said. City firefighters and paramedics from UPMC Williamsport also responded.
