State police have charged Douglas Duane Hans, 44, of 81 Broad St., Montgomery, with several child sex related offenses after a minor female alleged that he had inappropriate contact with her on several occasions, including while she was sleeping, according to an affidavit.

During one incident, Hans allegedly offered the minor money in exchange for a sex act.

Hans was arraigned on charges of indecent assault of an unconscious person, indecent exposure, promoting prostitution of a minor, corruption of minors and endangering the welfare of a minor by District Judge Kirsten Gardner, and remanded to the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $150,000.
