Testimony sufficient to hold woman on trespassing-related charges
Following testimony presented before Solomon, Stephanie Lynn Sipes, 26, of 732 Funston Ave., will face further court action on charges of felony trespassing and misdemeanor criminal mischief that stem from an incident in which she attempted to force her way into a family’s Hepburn Township home at 220 Sawmill Road on Feb on Feb. 3, Lycoming Regional police alleged in a court document. In addition to trying to forcibly open a door, Sipes allegedly broke a window at the victim’s property, police said. Sipes, who was held for court on both charges, remains free on $25,000 bail.
