Trucking company expands into Maryland

The Patton Logistics Group recently announced that its subsidiary, Watsontown Trucking Company, is expanding its operations into the Hagerstown, Maryland, market. With the opening of a new trucking operations center on a 16-acre property on Breeze Hill Drive, the company is positioned to “better serve its customers in Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia,” a news release said. Medicare, Social Security face troubling future

WASHINGTON (AP) — The financial safety nets millions of older Americans rely on and millions of young people are counting on will run short of money to pay full benefits within the next decade, the annual Social Security and Medicare trustees report released Friday warns.
