Children’s Learning Center receives Keystone Stars grant

The Dunham Children’s Learning Center at Pennsylvania College of Technology received a $6,000 Keystone Stars Continuous Quality Improvement Grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services through STEP Inc. Keystone Stars, administered through the state’s Department of Human Services, is Pennsylvania’s quality rating and improvement system for early childhood and school-age care and education programs.
