BLOOMSBURG — Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg faculty member Dr. Darlene Perner, professor of exceptionality programs, has been awarded the Council for Exceptional Children’s Division on Autism and Developmental Disabilities 2024 Burton Blatt Humanitarian Award.
