Kegler’s Korner: Gridley outduels Anderson for 735 series

Doc’s Wednesday Nite Mixed league saw Stacey Gridley outduel Karla Anderson, 735 to 702 for female bowler of the week honors last week. Thought for the day: When you fail to strike, you have time to spare.

Speaking of spare time, did you know that the all-time national record for most consecutive all spare games is three, set in 1944 and since tied by three others? The women’s record for most career all spare games is 48 games, but the men’s record is unavailable according to bowl.com.

Hope to see you on the lanes.
