HARRISBURG — Department of Conservation and Natural Resources state forester Seth Cassell announced final economic data from a monitoring study for the Northcentral Regional All-Terrain Vehicle trail connector — formerly known as the Northcentral ATV Regional trail connector pilot — in the Pennsylvania Wilds.
