Flooding keeps emergency crews busy on Sunday
Late Sunday afternoon the National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning for northcentral Lycoming County. There were reporters of numerous incidents of flooding in the city, South Williamsport, Loyalsock Township, Eldred Township and Old Lycoming Township.
