Krystopher M. Jeffers, 28, of 1152 Memorial Ave., has been charged with felony shoplifting after he fled Sheetz, 105 Maynard St., with $93 worth of merchandise about noon Monday, city police alleged. He was apprehended in the 800 block of West Third Street, arraigned before Solomon and jailed in lieu of $15,000 bail. Police said this was Jeffers third shoplifting arrest.
