Ten people recently were sentenced in Lycoming County Court. They are:

State Prison

• Warren Dogan, Lycoming County Prison, 24 to 60 months for delivery of a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and resisting arrest.

County Prison

• Tyron Owens, Lycoming County Prison, 12 to 24 days and 60 months probation for possession with intent to deliver and resisting arrest.

• Jason Sammond, Lycoming County Prison, three to six months and 18 months probation for simple assault.

• Jordan Patrick Charles, Lycoming County Prison, 18 days to 12 months for retail theft.

Probation

• Charles E. Johnson, 1530 Memorial Ave., 36 months for possession with intent to deliver.

• Yahnea Shaidea Jordan, 610 Lycoming Street, 24 months for recklessly endangering another person.

• Jennifer M. Cuenca, Allentown, 24 months for forgery.

• Alan M. Barto, 496 Loop Hill Road, Hughesville, 12 months for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

• Levi M. Shoemaker, 112 Lafeyette St., Muncy, 24 months for possession of a controlled substance.

Fines

• Fajr Hill, 512 Eddy St., $25 for disorderly conduct.
