Stanley D. Bracey Jr., 37, of 2500 Federal Ave., Apt. 139, state police, East Third Street and Northway Road in Loyalsock Township, May 26, 2024. Bracey also was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
