City woman hit with trespass charge for allegedly breaking into Hepburn Township home
Colette J. Anderson, 37, has been charged with criminal trespass after she allegedly entered a home in the 60 block of Caitlin Drive in Cogan Station on Jan. 24, 2025.
Anderson gained access to the home through an adjoining garage and entered the alleged victim’s bedroom, waking him up, the alleged victim told police, according to an affidavit.
Several others within the home confirmed the alleged victim’s story to police.
Anderson left the scene after being told to do so by the alleged victim, and later admitted to the break in, telling police she made a mistake and shouldn’t have entered the residence, court documents said.
She was arraigned by District Judge William Solomon and released on $5,000 bail.
