Woman and boyfriend face sex charges involving minor
Kayla Q. Sniezek, 30, and her boyfriend, Justin Michael Kennedy, 48, both of 45 Back St., lot 3, Montoursville, both face felony and misdemeanor charges for having inappropriate contact with a female minor under the age of 14 in a home in Upper Fairfield Township on Nov. 19, state police alleged in court papers.
During the ordeal, the two “did not have any pants or underwear on” as they exposed themselves to the girl. It is also alleged that Sniezek sent “a nude photo of a young female, unclothed from the waist up” to the girl and solicited the minor to send her “a nude photo of herself,” police said.
