Drugs seized from Williamsport home result in felony charges
While executing a search warrant at Tyrone Riley’s home at 827 Park Place on the morning of April 1, detectives with the county’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit seized undisclosed amounts of marijuana and ecstasy, it was alleged in court documents
The amounts were large enough to charge the 34-year-old man with two felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance, investigators said.
Arraigned hours later before District Judge Denise Dieter, Riley recently waived his preliminary hearing and remains incarcerated in lieu of $85,000 bail.
Detectives from the same narcotics unit arrested Riley last year for his alleged involvement in two fentanyl sales in January.
