After finding lots more evidence of child pornography on his cellphone, city police last week filed an additional 287 felony counts of sexual abuse of children against Dallas Niles Brockway, 18, of 65 Overhill Road, according to court papers filed at the office of District Judge Christian Frey. Investigators found more than 260 additional photos or videos on the device after obtaining yet a second search warrant, it was stated in an amended affidavit. Initially, Brockway was charged with six felony counts of sexual abuse of children and one count of illegal use of a cellphone. When he appeared last week before Frey, Brockway waived his preliminary hearing on all the charges. He is free on $125,000 bail.
