Owner arrested after Montoursville spa flagged as ‘house of prostitution’

A Montoursville business on Broad Street that promotes itself as a spa where one can get massages was actually “a house of prostitution,” borough police alleged in court documents. The allegation against the Jia Yuan Spa at 440 Broad St. resulted in the arrest on Sunday of Liuping Li, 49, of Allentown, police said. Li faces a felony charge of promoting prostitution.
