Elderly man faces indecent assault charges after incident at care facility

Ralph Lewis Blodgett, 75, a resident at an assisted living facility in Loyalsock Township, has been arrested on misdemeanor charges of indecent assault and indecent exposure for having inappropriate contact with another resident at the facility earlier this month, state police alleged in an affidavit.
