Each member of the PSP had a water balloon popped over their head. This event was sponsored by the Penitent Souls Children’s Foundation and benefits Special Olympics Pennsylvania. Releasing the water balloons were Penitent Souls President Flip Phillips and Vice-President Tim Cresswell. The “Polar Plunge” takes place at multiple locations statewide, and raises money to make a difference in the lives of 16,000 Special Olympics Pennsylvania athletes.
