Like a new spring bloom, Fox Den Coffee LLC has opened on Third Street in Williamsport.
What started as a mobile coffee establishment in 2022 by Erin and Todd Fox has quickly become famous with locals for extra-caffeinated cold brew and specialty coffees. The Foxes officially opened their permanent brick-and-mortar location on Monday.
“With each cup we offer, we take the time to talk with our customers, learn their preferences and customize a drink to their preferred taste,” said the Foxes. “Whether it’s a five-minute Columbian pour-over coffee or a quick Brazilian drip cup, we serve only the best products.”
Local bean-heads looking for a caffeine fix can relax knowing their morning pick-me-up is being made with ethically sourced, high-quality coffee beans by a barista who cares about them as a person, not as a profit.
“Depending on the blend, our roaster strives to offer single origin, fair trade, ethically sourced, as well as organic options,” said the Foxes.

“We have grown our customer base to include nine locations in the Lycoming and Union county areas that purchase our cold brew products and freshly roasted bean products,” Todd said. “Additionally, we have a mobile coffee trailer available for community events plus weddings, corporate events and organizations looking for excellent coffee options.”
All this work into the perfect cup of Joe comes with sacrifices from this family-owned and operated business. Erin is the primary owner and operator of Fox Den Coffee LLC while Todd doubles as a business partner and career consultant for Habitat for Humanity.
“Weekends and evenings allow me to focus on the business and expansion/growth plans since my day job focus is as an organizational development consultant for Habitat for Humanity International, based in Atlanta with my territory covering 16 states,” Todd said. “Plus, our two adult daughters and their spouses help with product development as well as all marketing and promotion.”
With so many hands on deck, it’s no surprise that Fox Den Coffee has a rapidly growing fan base and product line to match.
“Our cold brew provides twice the caffeine, half the acidity and the smoothest taste, created from a 20-plus hour brew process at 38 degrees,” said the Foxes. “We strive to have a near net-zero footprint with our process and products, including a cash-back program for our cold brew growlers. We also offer several varieties of bagged coffee, both whole bean and ground, as well as Fox Den Coffee merchandise.”

“We consistently have at least 15 cold brew coffee drink options, including a few of our favorites such as the Foxy Mocha, the Snickerdoodle or even a Toasted Turtle Mocha. Our favorite latte is our Foxy Latte and our favorite macchiato is the Caramello Macchiato.
“Additionally, we carry specialty hot tea drink options called Positively Tea plus custom-made iced tea drinks utilizing hibiscus, green and black teas as well as yerba mate. Our Strawberry Vanilla Hibiscus or Mango Yerba Mate iced teas are outstanding and refreshing! We do offer specialty drinks based on the season, but we also know if you like a specific drink (i.e. pumpkin spice, candy cane) we can make these drinks for you every day,” they said. “Why wait for the season? Just come to Fox Den!”
It won’t just be drinks you’ll find at Fox Den Coffee — Todd and Erin are teaming up with local bakeries to offer bagels, whoopie pies, cake pops, cookies and more.
“We believe in local so we support local,” said Todd. “Price matters, but more importantly is realizing our business model to support local has a direct impact on other businesses and the families that are being raised in our area.”
Fox Den Coffee LLC is open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Saturday at 1604 E. Third St., or they can be found at the Lewisburg Farmers Market on Wednesdays.
