The two Lancaster County-based farming companies seeking to construct chicken barns for laying eggs and a solar array in Muncy Creek Township have filed an appeal with Lycoming County Court of Common Pleas on land use granted by Muncy Creek Township supervisors. The state Department of Labor and Industry reportedly recovered over $600,000 in unpaid wages and related penalties for employees at a Lycoming County brewing company. Patriots on motorcycles passed by a replica of the steel beams forming a cross left standing at the collapsed twin towers at Ground Zero in New York.
